Mr. Brisket is a Dubai-born, chef-led, and proudly homegrown concept created for a global audience. Since 2014, we have shaped the brisket scene in the UAE, becoming the first to smoke brisket in the country and the largest producer today.
Our kitchen is built on conscious choices. We use only antibiotic-free and hormone-free beef and chicken, sourced ethically and prepared with the care of a chef-led team. Quality, responsibility, and honesty guide everything we serve.
